I am a trilingual industrial engineer with dual Spanish and Dominican nationality and over 20 years' experience in telecommunications and digital transformation. I specialize in digital channels, self-service platforms, e-commerce and conversational chat solutions, and I bring a strategic mindset to multicultural, distributed teams.

I have led projects in offline-to-online migration, process optimization, KPI and budget management, and customer satisfaction (NPS), earning more than eight corporate recognitions for leadership in digital transformation and innovation.
