What I'm looking for

I seek a senior HR role where I can lead transformational HR programs, improve retention and engagement, drive workforce strategy, and mentor leaders within an inclusive, mission-driven organization.

I am a results-driven senior human resources leader with 10+ years of experience transforming HR functions across large healthcare and higher-education settings. I have led end-to-end HR management for a 493-bed hospital and an 800-student institution, developed system-wide performance management resources for 15,000 employees, implemented ServiceNow employee-relations tracking, and piloted a multi-hospital Leadership Partnership service line.
