What I'm looking for
I’m a customer-service professional who builds positive first impressions through warm, professional guest interactions. In my guest services role at Luxor, I greeted guests, supported them in person and by phone, and resolved disputes calmly and effectively while explaining policies with confidence.
Alongside guest-facing work, I’ve supported executive needs and front-desk operations with strong administrative follow-through. As an Office Coordinator & Personal Assistant at GoPro Interiors, I answered phones and emails, managed incoming and outgoing mail, handled errands and food runs, maintained an organized filing system, and used Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Earlier at Penn State University, I worked at the front desk by checking visitors in and out to maintain a welcoming and secure environment. I operated a multi-line phone system, scheduled and managed appointments for clients and staff, answered inquiries promptly, and kept the front desk and conference areas organized and clean.
