What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support role where I can own cases end-to-end—claims, refund requests, and chat support—while using strong communication and documentation review to deliver fast, customer-focused resolutions.

I’m a Customer Support Representative who delivers timely, customer-focused resolutions across airline support. I handle claims processing and manage unused ticket refund requests while keeping customers informed and supported.

In my recent role with SAS Airline services, I managed airline chat support operations and handled compensation cases. I focus on clear communication, careful documentation review, and accuracy in every case.

I also bring strong computer literacy and an organized working style, with coursework including Intro to Computer Science 101. I’m comfortable working through customer inquiries end-to-end and resolving issues efficiently.
