I’m open to remote Executive Assistant and Operations roles.

At Web Shop Manager, I support the CEO of a B2B e-commerce SaaS platform serving automotive parts and heavy-equipment dealers. I manage his calendar, inbox, travel, and confidential correspondence across U.S. and Philippine time zones.

I own the company’s customer-facing AI voice and chat agents, developing most of their current capability through conversation design, prompt and knowledge-base engineering, versioning, and release. I review both agents daily and ship corrections.

I also automated the daily engineering standup brief and a domain-portfolio renewal check, replacing two recurring manual tasks. I produce board meeting summaries and leadership reports, and support recruiting from candidate sourcing and first-round interviews through onboarding.

Before Web Shop Manager, I investigated credit card fraud and disputes at Capital One and supported customers at TeleTech and Laguna Doctors Hospital. I’m open to remote Executive Assistant and Operations roles.
