I’m looking for an HR or management role where I can support recruitment and retention, maintain HR records, and contribute to workforce planning with strong teamwork, quick learning, and a positive attitude.

I’m a motivated BBA (IT) graduate seeking an opportunity in HR or management, where I can use communication, teamwork, and organisational skills to contribute to organisational success and professional growth. I’ve also led and coordinated HR event activities at college-level, managing planning and execution with a team spirit.

In my HR internship at Hiranyakeshi Sahakari Sakkare Karkhane Niyamit, I studied “Challenges in Hiring and Retention of Skilled Labour” in the sugar manufacturing sector. I supported recruitment and retention analysis by collecting employee and labour-related data, maintaining HR records and workforce documentation, and observing HR functions across recruitment, employee management, and workforce planning.
