What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR internship (including work-from-home opportunities) to build real experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, while bringing a responsible, quick-learning, organized approach to your team.

I’m a motivated B.Com student specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing, focused on building practical HR experience. I’m detail-oriented and eager to contribute effectively while strengthening my understanding of HR operations.

My coursework and academic projects keep me grounded in research, planning, and concept development. I’ve developed projects that strengthened my ability to analyze behavior and translate insights into actionable business thinking.

I completed an academic internship at a cooperative society, where I observed day-to-day operations and gained basic exposure to administrative and financial activities.
