What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR internship/Jobs where I can support recruitment, maintain people data, and strengthen employee engagement—using Excel and clear communication to help the team run smooth HR operations and grow.

I’m a BBA (Human Resource) graduate motivated to start my career with an HR internship/entry-level role. In my HR Intern experience, I supported employee coordination for 20+ staff members and helped with recruitment activities like resume screening and candidate communication.

I maintain HR records using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and support HR operations through careful coordination and data handling. I also built a strong foundation through my academic project on employee perception and job satisfaction, and certifications in HR Analytics and data analysis using Excel.
