At Appen, I deliver multilingual transcription, machine translation, translation evaluation, and data annotation projects that support AI model training for clients including Meta, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google.

I coordinate global crowdsourcing pipelines of 10 to 300+ contributors, manage contractor workflows and deadlines, and work across time zones to meet strict quality and delivery targets. I also evaluate LLM performance, support localisation across target markets, and oversee data preprocessing for bias and PII removal.

Before Appen, I spent more than a decade at TM One providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for fibre broadband services. I diagnosed network issues, trained agents, collaborated with field technicians and NOC teams, and maintained service performance across FCR, AHT, and CSAT metrics.
