I’m looking for an enterprise-focused customer success/account role where I can own retention and growth, lead long-cycle deals, and use CRM analytics and dashboards to drive predictable revenue and NPS-aligned outcomes.

I own enterprise and key account strategies end-to-end, helping SaaS teams grow recurring revenue while strengthening customer experience and retention. I’m at my best in highly regulated, fast-paced environments where disciplined forecasting and clear lifecycle execution matter.

As a Team Lead in Client Relations, I deliver revenue and margin targets through structured account planning and lifecycle management across North America and South America. I govern a high-value enterprise pipeline, qualify opportunities with rigor, and lead complex, long-cycle deal execution—supporting solution selling, cross-sell/upsell, contract penetration, and long-term LTV growth. I also partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, delivery, finance, and procurement to ensure seamless order-to-cash execution and contract compliance.

I bring a strong customer-first mindset, using CRM insights, performance dashboards, and advanced Excel to drive data-driven account strategy, pipeline health, and NPS-aligned outcomes. I’ve been recognized for excellence in enterprise client management and have supported Fortune 500 accounts such as AWS, Toyota America, Stryker, and T-Mobile.
