Transforming GCCs with new-age methods

Words helped me pay my bills when I was a bootstrapped entrepreneur. I created reams of content while advising startups and ventures on communication and branding strategy.

Dehaat has been an emotion, a determination – of bringing unadulterated art of the gifted from the roots of our country to every part of the world. Dehaat was working at bringing what we called a handful of earth mixed with the history, culture and lives of those who spend days, weeks, and months to create that conversation-starter on our coffee table. We have now closed this effort.

I was fortunate to have been asked to manage the biggest cross-functional project in the history of the organisation, its rebranding 'Unbox Zindagi' in 2016. Besides this, I used to:
- Manage stakeholders across the board
- Monitor the business outcomes of Technology and Product deliverables
- Manage a team of program managers
- Manage programs and projects across functions including special event

I was the first program manager in the Product Development unit.
- Established processes for managing PDLC
- Created best practices for product development
- Tracked metrics across functions
- Stakeholder management
- Created UX copy and user communication (This was not a part of the role. However, it was a part of my deliverables, given my writing skills.)

- Manged a two-tier team of 45 people
- Established the first styleguide | Created UX copy, communication templates and other B2C communication
- Worked with Product, Business and Design teams to deliver the right content for the best user experience
