I'm building The Fanhouse Community, India’s first fan-creator travel community, where creators, artists and entrepreneurs travel with their communities through thoughtfully curated experiences.
As co-founder, I’ve built an offline-first community business from scratch, helped define its business model and direction, and planned and executed its first launch experience. I manage operations, partnerships, logistics, finance, vendor management, social media, customer experience and event execution while coordinating four upcoming creator residencies.
I enjoy being a generalist and stepping in wherever needed. Previously, I managed flea-market vendor coordination generating ₹3.2 lakh+ in revenue, led website redevelopment that grew new users by ~40%, and founded a fine arts club mentoring 120+ students.
