What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an application support role where I can own incident resolution, job monitoring, and SQL/PLSQL validation to reduce downtime. I want a team that values SLA discipline, clear escalation, and continuous improvement in performance and reliability.

I’m an Application Support Engineer focused on keeping enterprise systems reliable by resolving incidents fast and preventing repeat issues. I’ve built a track record of resolving over 100 issues while maintaining 95% SLA adherence, with a clear goal of reducing downtime.

In my recent Support Engineer Intern role, I handled L1 application support and worked through user-reported problems using structured ticketing workflows. I performed log analysis and basic troubleshooting, then escalated effectively to ensure issues were handled end-to-end.

My technical edge is backend data validation and SQL performance optimization. I work with Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL, and support job monitoring and troubleshooting using tools like SQL Loader and ETL/ELT.

I’m comfortable supporting SIT/UAT cycles across enterprise systems and maintaining support documentation alongside deployment activities. I enjoy partnering with teams during testing and go-lives to ensure the application performs smoothly and defect resolution stays organized through tools like JIRA and BMC Remedy.
