I’m an Application Support Specialist with experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across applications and systems. I monitor application performance, logs, and alerts to keep reliability high, and I support releases, patches, and updates to ensure compatibility and functionality. I’m proactive about documenting support processes and troubleshooting steps so teams can resolve problems faster.

I’ve also contributed to API integrations and JSON data parsing, and I bring strong front-end debugging skills using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. From intern to technical support roles, I’ve collaborated with other teams, handled escalations, and supported on-call rotations—always with a focus on system stability and user satisfaction.
