I'm looking to lead cross-functional teams building scalable cloud-native platforms, driving automation and digital transformation, and applying generative AI to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes.

At Capgemini, I lead full-stack engineering for Airbnb’s Trust Platform, building a configurable enforcement platform that supports account and listing-management scenarios across eight-plus cross-functional teams.

I architected a state-machine workflow engine with YAML-driven configuration, enabling more than 90 customizable use cases without code changes and reducing onboarding from three weeks to three days. I lead seven-plus engineers, establish production and monitoring practices, and use Claude AI, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to improve development velocity.

Previously at metafinanz, I delivered compliance reporting, insurance modernization, and contract-creation platforms for Allianz organizations. My work improved reporting processes by about 99%, increased capacity by about 500%, automated insurance workflows by about 90%, and helped reduce contract preparation from two weeks to one.

I build with Java, Kotlin, Scala, Python, React, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and cloud-native architecture. I enjoy translating business needs into reliable software, mentoring engineers, and driving Agile/SAFe transformation across financial services, hospitality, insurance, and banking.
