At TD Bank, I lead hands-on design and development of identity verification and customer onboarding capabilities. I translate business, security, and compliance requirements into technical designs and APIs, and develop microservices for document verification, biometric validation, and knowledge-based authentication.
At CIBC Bank, I delivered customer identification and authentication enhancements, including Costco Indicators data flows across EDH, ECIF, and Front End. I also developed Azure Data Factory pipelines for enterprise data movement and transformation.
At Rogers Communication (from Amdocs CMS), I worked across Amdocs telecom products, combining technical delivery with hands-on Java development. Earlier, at Amdocs India and Infosys India, I contributed to telecom systems, production support, automation, and client-server applications.
