At Blackhawk Network, I provide technical direction across catalog, onboarding, address, and identity platforms, translating business goals into service boundaries, APIs, event flows, security controls, and phased delivery plans.
I architected CatalogHub, an event-driven Java and Spring Boot platform on AWS that supported 7.5M+ product lookups and 51K+ catalog lookups while sustaining 100% service availability during a key reporting period. I also led partner onboarding architecture and built a configurable address-verification platform with multi-vendor fallback, OAuth security, auditing, and production monitoring.
I’m leading an AI-agent solution for contract extraction and downstream partner, brand, and product setup, reducing contract review from about eight hours to one hour and compressing setup from one to two days to minutes. I’ve also built an MCP server and catalog-discovery proof of concept using FastAPI, GraphQL tools, Flowise, and Claude Desktop.
Earlier at Boeing, I modernized SQIS from Adobe Flex to Angular and Java REST services, delivered a module that eliminated about 933 hours of manual work annually, and led teams through ownership transitions. My foundation includes enterprise Java development at Dell, along with hands-on delivery across distributed systems, cloud security, production reliability, and cross-team execution.
