What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue owning recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training coordination—while supporting compliance and payroll processes—at a team where HR work directly improves everyday employee experience.

I handle recruitment support end-to-end at SIBAS India, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding so new hires understand their roles and company policies.

I keep HR records accurate by tracking attendance and maintaining up-to-date employee data. I also implement HR policies to support organizational compliance with employment laws and labor regulations, while guiding employees on rights and legal matters.

I coordinate monthly training sessions and workshops, ensure mandatory training completion annually, and maintain training records and development tracking. After each session, I prepare employee feedback and support managers with performance appraisal and related issues.

I manage employee relations through one-on-one meetings, confidential complaint handling, fair investigations, and exit interviews, including final settlement and clearance updates with experience/relieving documents.
