I handle full-cycle recruitment across software development, infrastructure, quality assurance, DevOps, database administration, SAP, UI/UX, mobile development, finance, and business operations.

I evaluate hiring requirements, screen and interview candidates, and manage communications to ensure timely feedback and successful position closures. I also support employee records (attendance, leaves, documentation), payroll, inductions and exit processes, and performance review calls—while leveraging AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to improve recruitment efficiency, alongside Trello and ClickUp for daily execution.
