I'm looking for a full-time HR role where I can contribute across recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and reporting while growing with modern HRMS, ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled HR tools.

I've supported full-cycle HR operations at Paradise Industries, managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HRMS data, offer documentation, and employee queries. I coordinate with stakeholders on hiring needs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain audit-ready recruitment trackers.

Previously at Jyesta Corporate Entity, I owned recruitment coordination across multiple roles and maintained HR records for 50+ employees with 98% HRMS-update accuracy. I also contributed to AI-powered recruitment and candidate-experience projects designed to improve screening accuracy, reduce bias, and streamline HR queries.
