At Infosys, I support pre-sales for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform, working with sales, delivery, and technical teams to shape functional solutions for clients.
I conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts, prepare solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimates aligned to business requirements.
I've also supported D365 CRM users by resolving customer tickets, improving SharePoint document access, and helping create and amend 120+ technical end-user documents. I use process flow diagrams in Microsoft Visio to support clearer documentation workflows.
Earlier, I built Odoo ERP dashboards for five customers at EOXS, researched pricing and customer needs in the US steel market, and contributed market analysis and operations work across internships.
