At Accenture, I work on Dynamics 365 CE projects for British Heart Foundation’s Fundraising Transformation programme and banking clients. I gather requirements and document functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for CRM configurations.
For the fundraising programme, I configure D365 CE entities, forms, views, business rules, and workflows, and coordinate UAT with business users. I also manage sprint activities using Azure DevOps and work with technical teams on plugin and Power Automate requirements.
