I’m a Dynamics 365 CRM techno-functional consultant with 3+ years configuring, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Project Operations. I bring strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on production-ready outcomes.

In live environments, I’ve owned production support, CRM upgrades, and functional consulting while maintaining SLA compliance on 100% of tickets in ServiceNow. I’ve led day-to-day operations for a 4-person cross-functional team and, for 6 months, operated as a team lead in Project Operations with direct stakeholder communication in Europe.

My work is hands-on across the stack: I build with JavaScript, C#, Plugins, custom workflows, and Business Rules, and I support Dataverse security through role and privilege design. I also integrate with Azure tooling, including Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, DevOps, Blob Storage, Function Apps, and their integration with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

I’m equally comfortable on the Power Platform side—Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot capabilities. I’ve trained internal batches on Copilot for Sales, built a Resume-Screener agent in Copilot Studio as a POC, and used configuration like case management, queues, and routing rules to reduce misrouted cases and improve response times.
