I’m an HR operations professional with 7 years of experience across HR operations, payroll, compliance, and advanced software-focused work, backed by strong analytical skills. I’m driven, highly motivated, and focused on enhancing talent in smart, dynamic environments.

As an HR Assistant at Gifted Arts School (May 2019–Present), I support employee processes using an employee life cycle approach and help keep HR data and operations organized with HR analytics, MIS reporting, and careful payroll management. I bring a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Previously, as an Account Assistant at Aegis Public School (Dec 2017–Jan 2019), I handled school bookkeeping and prepared required reports. I learned how to translate operational details into clear reporting, which strengthened how I work with HR records and documentation.

During a 4-month Specialist Trainee internship, I contributed to recruitment operations—posting and distributing resumes, selecting candidates, arranging interviews, updating the recruitment tracker, and managing filing processes.
