I’m looking for an opportunity for personal development and career progression with a reputable organization, where I can lead admissions and administrative operations and support HR processes with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving.

I’m a versatile, forward-thinking Administrative & Admissions Manager with 16+ years across admissions, HR administration, HR operations, and generalist/manager roles. I combine exceptional organizational skills with flexible, team-first execution—whether working independently or supporting larger teams.

In admissions, I design and develop brochures, prospectus, flyers, and admission material, while keeping the school website updated with a steady stream of news and content. I represent the organization during school and college visits, support students with guidance on skill fit and requirements, advise on personal challenges, and engage parents and management during PTM to help reach optimal solutions. I also maintain student information databases (including telephone logs and feedback) to generate management-ready reports, and I support admission presentations and student receptions.

As an admin professional, I organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records, supervise onboarding, and prepare offer documentation and orientation sessions. I track leaves, act as the first point of contact for employee and vendor queries, assist payroll with accurate employee information on leaves and benefits, and administer performance management by monitoring appraisals and salary revisions. I also prepare confidential correspondence and documents, communicate on behalf of the department, and coordinate employee travel arrangements.

In HR Specialist work, I’ve led recruitment, hiring, and onboarding; created job descriptions and posted them across platforms to attract candidates; and scheduled interviews, screened profiles, and supported shortlisting. I prepare and review compensation and benefits packages, administer health and life insurance programs, implement training and development plans, and run quarterly and annual performance review sessions. I develop and implement HR policies, monitor budgets through invoice collection, forecast hiring needs, and ensure regulatory compliance, supported by my MBA (IGNOU), B.Tech (JNTU), and HR/quality/technical writing certifications.
