I've spent 20+ years in the software engineering industry, first as full-stack engineer and later as manager, with 10 years in formal leadership roles at Spotify, Maxdome, and B1 SmartTV.

I bring the whole package: Technical expertise and a delivery-focused mindset, coupled with strong people management and communication skills, rounded out by a strategic way of thinking.
I have a modern, servant leadership approach that is fueled by my values, most importantly empathy, fairness, candor and curiosity.

I have grown multiple orgs three-fold or more, leading departments of up to 40 people. I managed many reorgs, tech migrations, and other large changes.

At Spotify, I created the company's platform strategy for web clients, consolidated Spotify's Desktop and Web Player codebase and build systems, and co-authored the current career frameworks for engineers and tech managers. These initiatives were highly successful in terms of productivity, employee growth, and retention.
