I’m looking to lead high-availability, business-critical platform teams—using GraphQL federation, distributed cloud-native systems, and strong SLO/data governance—to deliver measurable revenue growth while scaling people and engineering excellence.

I’m an engineering leader with 15+ years of experience directing high-availability, business-critical platforms operating at massive scale across 19 countries. I consistently connect deep technical execution to top-line business outcomes through could-native distributed systems, GraphQL federation, performance engineering, and strict data governance.

At Delivery Hero, I currently operate as a manager-of-managers for a 30-engineer organization across 3 full-stack squads. I defined and owned an 18-month strategic vision for the Vendor Discovery domain, translating org-level ABCs into a cross-squad technical roadmap and delivering 32.1% revenue growth.

I’m proudest of the GraphQL Federation rollout that helped enable hyper-personalised discovery—partnering with Apollo GraphOS and co-authoring the architecture behind €52M incremental revenue and 12% ad revenue growth. I also drive reliability and performance: maintaining 99.9%+ uptime, reducing MTTR (4h→1h), and improving latency (64% backend reduction; 75% mobile TTI improvement) via edge caching, precomputation, and geohashing.

Beyond delivery, I scale organizations and build durable engineering culture. I’ve led GDPR-compliant data handling across 19 markets, constructed multi-AZ disaster recovery with incident command structure, and launched Creative Lab R&D programs (including AI test automation and conversational ordering via MCP Server). Earlier, I led APAC solution work at Taboola—building mobile SDK and recommendation APIs while forming teams and processes from the ground up.
