I'm a Staff Engineering Manager with a background as a Staff Software Engineer. Over the years, I've led platform teams focused on frontend architecture, developer experience, and security. At sennder, I introduced a company-wide micro-frontends strategy, built a Frontend as a Service platform, and defined hiring, onboarding, and incident management processes. I enjoy driving technical direction, mentoring engineers, and aligning engineering efforts with business goals. I’m also an active writer and speaker, contributing to LeadDev and LogRocket on topics like engineering leadership and scalable frontend architectures. I'm passionate about clean design systems, developer tooling, and cross-functional collaboration.
