I am an experienced Project Manager and Language Services Operations professional with over five years of expertise in localization, interpretation, translation, and global project delivery. Throughout my career at CCI Group and Ad Astra, I have managed complex multilingual projects and high-profile accounts for organizations including USAID, FEMA, the Executive Office of the President, the Peace Corps, OPM, Johns Hopkins Health System, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

My experience includes leading a large-scale USAID translation initiative involving over 8 million words across seven languages, supervising teams of 12+ project managers, and supporting the recruitment of more than 1,000 linguists worldwide. I specialize in end-to-end project management, client relations, vendor management, budgeting, quality assurance, and process improvement.

With hands-on experience in localization technologies such as Phrase, Crowdin, and SDL Trados, I combine strategic thinking, technical expertise, and a client-focused approach to deliver high-quality multilingual solutions.
