I’m a senior real estate & project manager with 8+ years of experience across property development, urban planning, tourism, and international sales. I combine strategy, stakeholder management, and hands-on execution to move complex projects from concept to authorization and delivery.

Most recently, I’ve driven French-market growth in the Philippines as a Sales Executive, designing customized trips and coordinating tour projects with operators and internal teams. I achieved a 250% overperformance versus the 2025 annual sales target and delivered the highest conversion rate across all Asian markets (600 agencies) on Evaneos for Q2+Q3 2025.

Previously, I scaled sustainable development through leadership roles at Hectare. As Regional Development Director, I supervised and coordinated the south-west regional agency, managed a 9-person team, and helped create sustainable residential subdivisions and mixed-use projects—becoming the second largest private land developer in south-west France and reaching up to 94 million euros in turnover per year.

I’ve also owned end-to-end project performance as Global Project Manager and Senior Property Development Manager, managing up to 39 projects simultaneously. I led comprehensive political, legal, technical, financial, and administrative analyses to secure authorizations, and I exceeded objectives by 200%—while building agencies from inception and preparing feasibility studies, contracts, and financial statements.
