At Figtree Companies – Kavanah Communities, I lead business development across real estate, agriculture, and tourism-related projects. I develop proposals and feasibility studies, pursue property opportunities, and build partnerships; I’ve identified and secured three property opportunities.
Previously, at The Figtree Properties OPC, I managed residential and mixed-use developments from concept through implementation and directed creative work for project development and marketing. Across my career, I’ve managed 14 real estate projects, helped establish two company branches, and developed four business models.
