I seek a construction or real estate project management role where I can lead feasibility, masterplanning, and land documentation, work cross-functionally with contractors and regulators, and grow into higher-impact development leadership within a collaborative, delivery-focused team.

I lead masterplanning and financial feasibility for large-scale residential and commercial developments, driving schematic through for-construction delivery while coordinating architects, engineers, legal teams, and government regulators to secure clean titles and manage compliance. I produce cash-flow models, cost projections, and integrated project briefs that inform CAPEX allocation and investment decisions.
