At Ryder System, I lead and support enterprise WMS implementations across large distribution centers, guiding readiness from discovery and validation through UAT, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and ongoing training.
I've supported 15+ implementations and built launch plans, readiness controls, role-based enablement, and stakeholder alignment across customers, operations, engineering, IT, vendors, site leaders, and frontline users. I managed a five-person systems workstream and created a scalable knowledge system covering roughly 100 readiness topics and more than 80 standard-work documents.
I turn fragmented launch materials and operational data into usable systems. My work includes Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Query, Power Automate, dashboards, governed workflows, audit controls, and training-safe environments.
