I’m a results-driven learning leader, consultant, and trainer focused on helping organizations move from experimenting with AI to leading with it. Through strategy, education, and community, I guide teams to integrate Generative AI in ways that elevate performance, accelerate careers, and drive measurable business impact.
As an independent consultant (TI Partners, 2018–present), I assist organizations with learning strategies, assessing learning needs, developing content, and project managing initiatives. I also supported the start-up of a new offering as a “Fractional Learning Leader” (ESource Corporation, 2024–2025), strengthening enterprise learning operations through practical, outcomes-oriented learning technology and program leadership.
Earlier, I served in senior leadership roles at Automatic Data Processing (ADP, 1990–2017), including Vice President Learning and Development, leading a team of 250 learning professionals supporting 5,000 associates and 80,000 external clients. I bring deep expertise in instructional design, change management, strategic planning, and financial management—plus a proven track record in building high-performing teams and profitable operations.
