What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level IT role offering hands-on hardware and Microsoft Office work, training in cybersecurity, supportive team culture, and opportunities for technical growth.

I am an entry-level IT support specialist with three years' experience handling Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, basic hardware troubleshooting, data entry, and customer support. I work comfortably both online and in person and take direction well.

I currently support document preparation, spreadsheet management, presentation design, data entry, record keeping, and basic device troubleshooting while continuously learning cybersecurity fundamentals. I am preparing for the CompTIA Security+ certification to strengthen my technical foundation.

I am dependable, eager to learn, open to training, and committed to delivering quality work in remote or on-site roles, with a focus on improving performance and efficiency through hands-on experience.
