I’m a federal government professional with 12+ years at the IRS, focused on taxpayer support, tax law interpretation, and systems troubleshooting. I enjoy helping people through complex questions while applying laws, rules, and regulations accurately.

In my User Support role, I communicate with individual taxpayers, their representatives, and other government officials. I review online computer reports and diagnostic transcripts to locate problems and errors, and I apply knowledge of Automated tax processing system requirements, database functions, and computer program/processing systems. I maintain online message files to keep users informed, and I develop, analyze, and evaluate information by researching records and the nature of each inquiry.

I’m careful with sensitive financial data and committed to regulatory compliance through application troubleshooting and clear communication that bridges users and technical teams. Before the IRS, I worked as a Clerk at the United States Postal Service, providing service at the public window and maintaining records of mails and advance deposit accounts.
