Most recently at Arizona Care Hospice, I built referral relationships across assisted living facilities, hospitals, and rehabs in an underdeveloped Valley territory while independently managing daily field activity, using Zoho CRM for tracking the pipeline, and monthly census goals.

For more than a decade, I built and ran VIP Senior Placement from scratch, guiding families through urgent senior-care decisions and developing referrals through networking, community events, and senior care expos. I also served as a contracted marketing consultant for senior healthcare organizations, driving admissions for mobile and in-home services.

Earlier at Premier Hospice, I built a hospice referral territory through outreach to assisted living communities, hospitals, and rehabs while maintaining federal and state hospice marketing compliance. I was named Employee of the Year in 2009 for sales achievement, dedication, and service to patients and the community.

I bring 18 years of hospice and senior-care experience, plus a 15 year career in enterprise B2B business development and channel sales supporting Fortune 1000 accounts multi-million dollar annual quota performance.
