I’m a Senior Consultant with 8+ years of Software Engineering experience specializing in Production Support, DevOps, and L2/L3 Application Support across large-scale enterprise platforms for Apple and Disney. I’m known for ensuring system stability and SLA compliance through proactive monitoring, strong incident response, and root cause analysis (RCA).

For client Disney, I work on a mission-critical reservation platform, I managed and monitored Stage, Load, Latest, and Production environments, using Splunk and AppDynamics to detect service degradation, container failures, and performance bottlenecks. As a primary responder, I handle triage, deep-dive investigations, and cross-functional coordination (DB, Dev, PE, QE) to drive timely resolution, while supporting the end-to-end release lifecycle with strict deployment controls.

Fro client Apple, I supported production operations for multiple applications and led teams of 15 analysts to meet business requirements and SLA’s. I also took on DevOps-style build and deployment responsibilities—using Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git, and Ansible—along with Linux upgrades/patching, configuration audits, and operational monitoring with Grafana/Epic, Autosys, and Splunk/Kibana to prevent recurring issues.
