At Central Square Foundation, I managed the public disclosure pilot for select government schools in Assam, planning its communications strategy and on-ground implementation with school leaders, teachers, parents, and community members.
I supported content creation on school accountability and transparency, conducted research to inform communications, and designed training materials. I also facilitated a capacity-building workshop for 200+ principals and co-authored and presented an abstract on the Jodhpur Public Disclosure Pilot at the LFE Symposium, NIAS, Bangalore.
My research has explored public pedagogy and education. At TISS, I studied Bollywood feature films as an educational resource for critical public pedagogy, and I’ve also contributed to research on education financing, teacher professional development, and school governance.
