What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role that combines field research, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven community outreach, where I can manage projects across districts and turn analysis into clear, actionable outcomes.

I’m a research and project management professional with 6 months of experience in field operations, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven community outreach. I’ve strengthened my research and analytical reasoning through structured programs and real on-ground work, including being promoted twice within six months.

In the Jan Suraaj Young Leaders Program, I engaged 250+ stakeholders in Buxar within two months and helped establish organizational networks. I also conducted political, social, and economic assessments across 33 Panchayats, supported organizational planning, and set up district, block, and panchayat-level structures.

I’ve led time-sensitive field operations for election-related work, including campaign constituency mapping, voter mobilization, and manifesto research under a 15-day timeline. Alongside field leadership, I’ve built strong communication through content writing—producing 500+ word updates on social/education topics across digital platforms—and through event support as a cultural counselor.
