I am a Learning & Development professional with 11+ years of experience across corporate and academic environments, specializing in soft skills facilitation, training operations, and change management support. I design and deliver virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs that align with business and HR objectives.

I have coordinated 50+ instructor-led and faculty development programs, managed end-to-end VILT operations, and created trainer guides and learner materials as part of Train-the-Trainer initiatives.
