What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or contribute to trauma-informed psychological and crisis-support work, combining counselling, team development, quality assurance, and sustainable wellbeing practices in humanitarian or mission-driven settings.

At krisenchat Ukrainian, I lead 10 psychologists providing crisis counselling and psychosocial support to people affected by the war in Ukraine. I build quality-assurance, burnout-monitoring, scheduling, and wellbeing-support frameworks while mentoring counsellors and coordinating supervision.

Alongside my private practice, I provide individual and couples therapy across anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, and crisis states. As an accredited Gestalt Therapist with an MSc in Psychology, I create practical counselling guides and psychosocial workshops grounded in ethical, trauma-informed care.
