At Obrio’s Nebula Spiritual Guidance App, I lead a team of 30+ spiritual advisors, supporting service quality, engagement, and performance across the platform.

I use CRM systems, Intercom, Tableau, and KPI analysis to research performance trends, identify behavioural patterns, and improve advisor engagement. I also refine workflows for scheduling and communication, coordinate onboarding, create development materials, and contribute to recruitment through candidate screening and interviews.

Before moving into full team management, I worked as a Supply Expert and Shift Lead at Obrio, where I managed client engagement and supported team operations during key working hours.

I’ve also taught English at Study Less, designing TESOL-based lessons and tailored content for students at different proficiency levels. My background in Psychology and British-American Studies, Cambridge C2 certification, and interest in writing, research, and digital media inform how I communicate, coach, and develop people.
