At GRS Claims Solutions, I adjust residential wind, hail, and water losses across CAT and daily assignments, using desk, field, and virtual inspection methods. I also investigate cause of loss remotely and review estimates, engineering reports, and supplemental documentation.
Through my independent Xactimate estimating work at GRS Claims Solutions, I prepare residential property damage estimates from inspection reports, photographs, measurements, sketches, and virtual inspection documentation. I also create roof diagrams and floor plan sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
At CorrectClaim, Inc., I inspected litigated residential losses and prepared photo reports, estimates, and supplemental revisions. I participated in joint and engineer inspections, mediations, EUOs, and attorney meetings.
I’ve also instructed adjusters in Texas All Lines pre-licensing and Xactimate Levels 1–3, including at State Farm, Mile High Adjusters, LLC, and US Adjusting Services.
