Since 2018, I’ve worked as an Independent Property Claims Adjuster with multiple independent adjusting firms, handling residential and commercial daily claims, CAT deployments, and flood losses. I take claims from inspection through estimating and file completion, with approximately 12 property appraisals and CAT work on Hurricanes Michael, Florence, Sally, Isaias, and other severe-weather events.
My work draws on more than 20 years in construction and estimating. I document damage, develop scopes and estimates using Xactimate and Sketch AR, and guide insureds through the process in plain language while building complete, defensible files.
