I am a hardworking and proactive professional with nearly a decade of experience in fraud prevention and customer service. My journey began at JP Morgan Chase Bank, where I honed my skills as a Senior Fraud Specialist. In this role, I was responsible for identifying and preventing fraud on debit and credit cards, as well as handling corporate disputes and claims. My analytical and critical thinking abilities allowed me to effectively resolve complex issues and stay ahead of current fraud trends.

Prior to my tenure at JP Morgan, I worked as a Customer Service Universal Agent at UPS International, where I assisted clients with their freight shipments and tracking concerns. This experience further developed my communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. I am eager to continue growing and evolving in my profession, constantly seeking to develop new skills and abilities to enhance my contributions to any organization.
