I’m a Training Specialist who designs and delivers AI-enhanced training for both internal teams and external clients, with a strong focus on enablement, clarity, and measurable impact.
Since OCT 2024, I’ve worked as a Client Support Specialist for UN staff and retirees, balancing frontline support with the development of training resources. I handle a high volume of calls and tickets, resolve general pension queries, and escalate complex cases to Tier 2 while drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides for onboarding and knowledge consistency.
I’ve also embedded AI tools into my workflow to improve efficiency and staff readiness—using Copilot and ChatGPT to draft communications, create knowledge base content, and streamline processes. I run peer training and knowledge-sharing sessions, adapting content for both technical and non-technical colleagues, and I report recurring client issues to create feedback loops that reduce delays.
Previously, as a Senior Implementation Specialist at Avantio (JAN 2020 – SEPT 2024), I spearheaded engaging training content and an e-learning platform with video tutorials and user documentation. Earlier, as a Curriculum Development and Training Manager at Green Gecko Languages (OCT 2009 – JAN 2020), I led curriculum design and trained teams of teachers and activity leaders, built strong partner relationships, and explored new markets to drive revenue growth.
