I seek roles where I can lead digital health projects, shape regulatory strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and drive patient-centered innovation within collaborative, mission-driven organisations.

I am a healthcare and insurance professional with fourteen years' experience across government, clinical regulation and international health insurance. I combine regulatory expertise with hands-on insurance brokerage and operational roles to solve practical problems for patients and providers.

My career highlights include leading a two-year government project to build a national digital platform for specialist training, developing regulations and specialty classifications for doctors, dentists and medical physicists, and founding an inter-authority group exploring blockchain use in healthcare.

I have worked as a licensed health insurance broker in Singapore advising private and corporate clients, and currently coordinate global health insurance assistance for emergency care, evacuations and repatriations. I also have experience building teams, product and business development in commercial roles.
