At SP Jain School of Global Management, I trained in AI Product Management and designed Rider, an AI-native motorcycle co-pilot. I defined entry-level commuter riders in India and the EU as the target segment and mapped their safety and navigation pain points.
For Rider, I compared Sena, Cardo, Bosch, RiVo and OEM systems, then positioned the product around contextual AI reasoning, voice interaction and personalisation. I structured six AI capability pillars and scoped the MVP with explicit build and don't-build decisions.
I wrote user stories, planned an Agile/Jira backlog and designed a clickable Figma prototype. My work included taking the product from user problem through MVP scope.
At IDFC FIRST Bank, I resolve service needs for premium banking customers remotely and turn recurring pain points into feedback for process improvement. Previously, at Tech Mahindra and Concentrix, I supported customers with technical troubleshooting and retail banking needs.
