At Axis Bank, I served as an Assistant Manager, overseeing banking operations and enhancing customer service experiences. I managed a team of banking professionals to achieve targets and improve customer satisfaction ratings.

In my product projects, I created a launch metrics dashboard with a North Star metric and mapped onboarding, engagement, and retention funnels. I also wrote PRDs and user stories for WhatsApp monetization features, including success metrics, dependencies, and launch checklists.

My research projects explored the Metaverse in education and mentorship needs for LinkedIn, using surveys, interviews, personas, user flows, and Figma prototypes. I’m eager to contribute to product strategy and development through user research, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
